Thank you for your entries, PLEASE READ THE COVID INSTRUCTIONS ON THE PROSPECTUS CAREFULLY – in particular ARRIVE - REGISTER - RACE - LEAVE
England Athletics COVID-19 secure guidelines are in place. Everyone please adhere.
ON THE DAY: Directions (DH6 3LY) and parking – old tarmac road within the farm area. From the (A1) west go round the Old Thornley roundabout, heading west again take the second entrance on the left, approx. 600m. From the east (A19) as above after the roundabout. No right turns on or onto A181 (arriving and leaving). On leaving a one-way system is in operation, exit via the 1st entrance to the farm from the roundabout (no right turn onto the A181).
No Spectators at the start, on the course and at the finish
TEAM MANAGERS (face masks on): Collect club number race packs from the farm social area - these will be available from 8.45am. Athletes to provide their own pins. Ideally bring Club Banner Pennants and place them beside your car. Athletes collect their number and then warm up.
IMMEDIATE PRE-RACE ARRANGEMENTS: Leg 1, 2 and 3 runners ALL TO ENTER THE COURSE TOGETHER FROM THE HOLDING AREA (at the top of the hill beside the farm) READY TO RACE (spikes on + other item of clothing) and report to their respective race pen:

ONE item of clothing can be left in the holding pen (Leg 1 leave at the end of the funnel)
TEAM MEDALS: Last leg runners in the first three teams will collect the medals in a secure bag from a table at the end of the finish funnel and pass on to their team manager
Please note as this is a championship only one set of medals can be won by a club in each age group
