Entries are strictly online only, via the BMAF OpenTrack system - you must have a login for the system to enter this race. If you are unsure of your login, or even whether you are on the system at all, please contact George Routledge as soon as possible - do not attempt to make a new account with OpenTrack yourself.
The NEMAA 10k Champs are incorporated into this event - there will be no separate entry for these champs, entries will all be via the OpenTrack system as outlined above.

A provisional timetable is shown below - times are subject to change, depending on number of entries (there may only be two 10k races instead of three).
Darlington Harriers have an event coming up that might interest some of our members.
It’s on the evening of Friday 13th September at Shildon, they’re calling it “Power Night”, and £9 entry covers three events on the night - 100m, Long Jump and Shot Put.
As it’s a week or so before the NEMAA Pentathlon, they think it might be a perfect tune up event. It’ll be a relaxed, fun, friendly event but is fully licensed with all officials etc etc.
There is an FB Page for the event, the website is http://powernight.co.uk/ and entries are open now on race-results.co.uk
